Our clean-tech journey is picking up speed, and we’re building a powerhouse team to match. If you’re passionate about sustainability, innovation, and doing work that truly matters, now’s your chance.
We’re currently hiring for three new roles across Quality, Materials Science, and Sales. Each one plays a critical part in helping us grow, scale, and stay true to our purpose.
So if you’re ready to work with purpose, solve real-world challenges, and help reshape the future of electronics read on, and apply today.
Quality Engineer – Compliance & Process Control
Are you the type who spots a missing label from ten paces? Does ISO 9001:2015 make your heart beat faster? We might have just the job for you.
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to help build out and maintain our quality and environmental management systems as we scale Soluboard® production. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Quality Manager, ensuring our processes are efficient, compliant, and audit-ready – while also helping us implement ISO 14001 and align with IPC and UL standards.
Expect hands-on ownership of document control, KPIs, root cause analysis, and helping to shepherd our new innovations from development to manufacturable reality.
Must-haves:
-
3+ years in QA or QE (preferably in electronics or manufacturing)
-
Fluency in ISO 9001:2015, plus exposure to ISO 14001 and IPC standards
-
Problem-solving mindset and sharp analytical skills
-
Strong communication and audit-readiness
Bonus points if you’re a certified internal auditor, LCA literate, or Six Sigma trained.
Materials Scientist – PhD | Sustainable Composites
Calling all scientists with a green conscience.
We’re on the hunt for a PhD-qualified Materials Scientist to lead the next wave of materials innovation at Jiva. You’ll develop and test natural fibre composites, experiment with bio-based resins and coatings, and work across teams to improve performance, reduce carbon footprint, and keep our products ahead of the sustainability curve.
From lab-based R&D to industrial application and international collaboration, this role is as intellectually rewarding as it is impactful.
Must-haves:
-
PhD in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
-
Strong hands-on experience with composite processing and material characterisation (TGA, DMA, SEM, etc.)
-
Technical writing, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork skills
-
Curiosity, rigour, and a sustainability-first mindset
Bonus points for PCB/electronics experience, environmental framework familiarity, and published work.
Sales Administrator – Technical Sales
Are you the kind of person who lives for inbox zero, colour-coded spreadsheets, and sending perfectly timed follow-ups? If so, we need your skills on our growing commercial team.
As our Sales Administrator, you’ll manage the engine room of our B2B sales process – handling inbound leads, issuing quotes, sending samples, and keeping communication smooth between our customers and internal teams. It’s a great mix of sales support, customer service, and technical product knowledge – perfect for someone who loves to organise and connect.
Must-haves:
-
1–3 years in a customer-facing or sales support role (technical or B2B preferred)
-
Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Proficiency with CRMs, Office/Google Suite, and an eye for detail
-
Confidence discussing technical products with engineers and clients
Bonus points if you’ve worked in cleantech, electronics, or with ISO documentation.
